A medical practitioner turned education leader, Dr. Shivkumar Chinnusamy brings extensive experience across national and international curricula. He has played a key role in expanding TIPS across multiple campuses while ensuring each remains unique in approach. With continuous learning at the core of his philosophy, he actively engages in global workshops and school visits, bringing diverse educational insights to the organisation.

A seasoned educator with 35 years of experience, Ms. Latha Maheshwari is an expert in curriculum development and academic leadership. Beginning her career as an IIT JEE Mathematics faculty member, she has held key leadership roles in education. She is known for her forward-thinking approach and commitment to integrating modern educational practices.

With over a decade of experience in education management, Ms. Maheshwari Sridhar leads key operational functions across TIPS, including administration, HR, student welfare and campus services. Starting her journey as a student counsellor, she has grown into a strategic leader known for enhancing operational excellence and student well-being through innovative practices.

With over 15 years of experience in IB, Waldorf and Montessori education, Ms. Parasakthi specialises in early and primary curriculum development. She is deeply committed to holistic education, strongly believing in nurturing every child’s overall well-being alongside academic excellence.

With a background in global organisations such as Infosys and Bank of America, Ms. Tamilarasi transitioned into education and has over a decade of experience across CBSE, NIOS, IB and Cambridge curricula. She leads the implementation of Cambridge programmes across TIPS campuses, fostering a research-driven environment that values student voice and purposeful learning.

Dr. Poonam Singh is an inspiring educational leader with over 18 years of dedicated experience in nurturing young minds and shaping exceptional learning environments. Her journey in education began with a deep passion for teaching, and over the years, she has transformed into a visionary principal who seamlessly blends innovation, empathy, and strategic leadership.

Jaganathan Bellie is an education professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching and school administration. He had served as Principal and Physics faculty in reputed CBSE schools across India, guiding students in academics, IIT, and NEET preparation. He is passionate about creating a positive learning environment and supporting the overall growth of students and teachers. His impeccable experience in CBSE coordination, school management, and teacher training has helped contribute effectively to the field of education.

I am Nedumaran P, an accomplished academic leader with over 22 years of impactful experience in CBSE education, specializing in Mathematics and school administration. I began my career as a Mathematics teacher and have steadily advanced to leadership roles including Exam In-Charge, Head of Department, and currently Academic Coordinator, consistently driving academic excellence and institutional growth.

I bring proven expertise in academic planning, examination systems, staff mentoring, and performance monitoring, with a strong track record of significantly improving student outcomes. I have successfully produced centum results in board examinations and designed data-driven remedial strategies that elevate both high achievers and struggling learners. My leadership during the COVID assessment phase demonstrated precision, accountability, and crisis management at the highest level.

I am deeply committed to building a culture of discipline, continuous improvement, and collaborative growth by empowering teachers, engaging parents, and ensuring every student achieves their highest potential.

My journey with The Indian Public School (TIPS) began in 2004, and over the past 21 years, it has been a journey of continuous learning, growth, and evolving leadership. What began as a passion for teaching English gradually expanded into a deeper responsibility of contributing to the academic and institutional development of the school.

As Academic Coordinator , I have focused on strengthening instructional practices, mentoring teachers, and building structured academic systems that support consistent student achievement.

The diverse responsibilities I have undertaken over the years have helped me evolve not only as an educator, but also as a leader and lifelong learner. Each role has strengthened my understanding of student development, teamwork, discipline, communication, and collaborative leadership. Today, I continue to remain committed to upholding the values and ethos of TIPS while contributing meaningfully towards academic excellence and holistic education.

Uma Balasundaram is an accomplished educator and visionary academic leader with a deep passion for shaping young minds. Her journey at The Indian Public School has been marked by dedication, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in education.

Beginning her career as an Assistant Teacher, she steadily progressed into key leadership roles including Grade Lead and Curriculum Incharge, where she played a pivotal role in developing the school’s first integrated curriculum and authoring customized learning resources that enriched interdisciplinary learning.
Known for her proactive leadership and solution-oriented mindset, Uma consistently transforms challenges into opportunities, fostering engaging learning environments and empowering both students and teachers.

As the Middle School Coordinator, she oversees curriculum development, assessments, faculty mentoring, and student well-being. Under her guidance, the middle school has witnessed significant academic growth and record-breaking admissions, reflecting the strength of her collaborative leadership and educational vision.

Beyond academics, she actively promotes cultural learning and teacher innovation, contributing to a vibrant and holistic school community. Uma remains committed to inspiring curiosity, creativity, and excellence in every learner she guides.

My journey in education began nearly a decade ago at TIPS when I joined as a Supporting Teacher for Grade 2 with very little classroom teaching experience. What started as a new learning phase gradually evolved into a meaningful career in education.

Before joining TIPS, I completed my MBA and worked in marketing, including digital and international marketing, collaborating with professionals across the globe. After entering the field of education, I pursued and completed my B.Ed to strengthen my teaching practices and professionalize my approach to learning.

Over the years, my journey progressed from Supporting Teacher to Homeroom Teacher, Grade Lead, and now Academic Coordinator for Primary Grades 1 to 3, a role I have been serving for the past two and half years. As I step into my tenth year at TIPS, I look back with gratitude, as the learning and growth I have experienced are a result of the continuous professional empowerment this reputed institution provides. I remain committed to empowering teachers, strengthening teaching strategies, and creating meaningful learning experiences for young learners.

Mr. Karthik serves as the Head of the Department (HOD) of Physical Education, passionately leading the school’s sports and fitness programs with energy, vision, and commitment. He began his professional journey at TEA Public School, where he built a strong foundation in school physical education. He later enhanced his expertise with EduSports in Bangalore, contributing to structured sports education and holistic student development.

As HOD, Mr. Karthik brings dynamic leadership in planning and executing sports activities, organizing competitive events, and nurturing a spirit of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students. He strongly believes in the power of sports to shape character, boost confidence, and develop life skills.
With his proactive approach and unwavering dedication, he continuously strives to create a vibrant and inclusive sports culture within the school. His goal is to inspire every student to stay active, discover their potential, and pursue excellence both on and off the field.

Satheesh Kumar is an accomplished artist, educator, and visionary entrepreneur in the field of fine arts, with over 25 years of experience in Fine Arts and 18 years in teaching. His passion for creativity and art education has inspired many young minds to explore and develop their artistic potential. He holds academic qualifications including BBM, DFA, DFT, and DMA, and began his professional journey in 2004.
He has also contributed to higher education as part of a Bharathiyar University–affiliated college in Coimbatore, specializing in animation and media, where he played a key role in nurturing students’ creativity and artistic skills.
One can see traces of his ingenuity in several award-winning feature films in Tamil cinema, where he worked as an art designer, carving a distinctive place for himself in the industry for 14 years.
Currently, he has been serving as the CAS Head of Department at The Indian Public School, Erode (CBSE) for the past four years and continues in the role. Through his leadership, he guides students across various creative disciplines, encouraging them to express ideas through art, design, and performance. His vision is on empowering young artists and fostering a vibrant culture of creativity and innovation.
