Nurturing wellbeing

Student support and wellbeing services

As one of the best private schools in Erode, students grow in a caring community where wellbeing and learning support sit at the centre of school life. From specialist learning support in the classroom to confidential counselling and mental health guidance, every learner feels understood and is equipped to take their next steps with confidence.

Learning Support Programme (LSP)

The Learning Support Programme at our international school in Erode provides personalised, inclusive support for students from Grade 1 to Grade 8. Qualified educators work through a parallel teaching approach, offering targeted assistance in English and Mathematics to strengthen foundational skills.

Student-centred classrooms recognise individual strengths and learning needs, using structured scaffolding strategies that allow every child to build confidence and progress at their own pace.

Counselling & Mental Health Support

Our Counselling & Mental Health Support offers students a safe sanctuary to seek guidance and work through the challenges of adolescence. Referred by teachers, grade leads, parents and coordinators, students are encouraged to speak freely with trained counsellors who provide perspective and support through stress, anxiety, loss, bullying and beyond.

Through interactive group sessions and personalised one-on-one guidance, students build resilience, manage difficulties and navigate growth with greater confidence and understanding. Where necessary, parents are informed and guided through the process, with confidentiality appropriately maintained. Regular progress reviews are conducted until each student is able to manage independently.

Infirmary & Physical Health Support

Our Infirmary & Physical Health Support provides students with a safe and caring space to rest and recover whenever they need medical attention. The infirmary is monitored by a professional nurse and is fully equipped with first aid and medical supplies.
An on-campus ambulance service is available at all times, ensuring swift response in any situation.

Emergency contact numbers are saved on all staff members' mobile devices and displayed throughout the campus, so help is always within immediate reach. Emergency preparedness systems are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure the highest standard of readiness, giving students, parents and staff the confidence that every child's health and safety is in capable hands.

Mental health & daily wellbeing practice

Our student wellbeing is woven into the rhythm of every school day. Morning sessions open with ten minutes of mindfulness, meditation and emotional grounding, while end-of-day check-outs help students reflect and regulate before heading home.

Mental Health Day is celebrated school-wide through dedicated activities and open discussions, fostering a culture where emotional health is normalised and valued.
