Safeguarding at TIPS Erode CBSE is built on vigilance, care and responsibility. A secure campus with closed-circuit television surveillance, controlled entry points, visitor registration and trained staff ensures daily safety, supported by a Designated Safeguarding Lead who oversees all child protection protocols. Our dedicated Wellbeing Team provides emotional, social and psychological support, while regular wellbeing surveys, digital safety sessions and grievance awareness programmes foster a trusted, protected environment where every child feels secure to learn and grow.Â
