In the early years especially, involvement and collaboration of parents is key in facilitating a smooth and successful transition to the kindergarten learning environment.Today, June 5, a parent orientation programme for Montessori KG (Playgroup to KG 2) was organised at TIPS Erode Main Campus CBSE Auditorium.KG Principal, Mrs. Sumita Sen Mazumdar, welcomed the parents, giving them an introduction into our blended KG curriculum and Montessori areas of learning.Early Years Academic Director, Mrs. Parasakthi A, explained how the kindergarten curriculum is methodically planned and implemented day to day for each grade, with a focus on smoothly achieving developmental and academic milestones.This was followed by a Q&A with Parents, and TIPS MD, Dr. Shivkumar Chinnusamy, addressed the audience.Parents collected their TIPS KG Parent Handbook. This was followed by refreshments and conclusion of the event.We look forward to a wonderful year ahead with our little young learners of TIPS Montessori KG, academic year 2024-25!
